Questions from business owners
What kinds of equipment do you service?
We service the equipment your crew depends on, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, generators, small engines, skid steers, compact tractors, and other landscaping and light equipment. We do not service cars or trucks.
How does fleet pricing work?
We build your fleet plan around the equipment you operate and agree on pricing up front, so you know what to budget for maintenance. Parts, major repairs, and work outside your plan are quoted separately and approved by you before we move forward.
How do we get equipment to you?
You bring your machines to our shop, or drop off a few at a time so your crew keeps moving. Fleet partners receive priority scheduling, so your equipment goes to the front of the line.
What happens when a machine breaks down?
Submit a service request through your portal and tell us what happened. Fleet partners receive priority scheduling, so you can get the machine to our shop and back in service fast.
How does billing work?
Fleet customers receive one consolidated invoice each month for completed work, with payment due within 15 days. You can also keep a payment method on file for automatic billing and view invoices and service records through your portal.
Can multiple people from our company have access?
Yes. Authorized team members can access your company portal to view equipment, service status, maintenance history, invoices, and submit new service requests.
Are we locked into a contract?
We offer flexible fleet partnerships as well as 12-month agreements. Annual partners receive waived setup fees and can take advantage of the best fleet pricing. Cancellation and renewal terms are clearly outlined before you sign.
Why use Wasatch Repair instead of calling a repair shop when something breaks?
Our goal is to help prevent downtime, not just react to it. We keep service history for your fleet, help stay ahead of scheduled maintenance, prioritize partner equipment when repairs are needed, and give your team one place to manage service across the fleet.
